Meet Margaret- She is my sourdough starter, and without her, none of this would be possible. A starter is a complex community of microbes used to leaven breads, imparting a distinct sour flavor and light texture along the way.
Sourdough is the oldest form of leavened bread and because of it's long fermentation process, is one of the healthiest breads you can eat.

All orders are places in the Bread Hut for pickup on Fridays from 12pm-6pm. Bread is baked the morning of pickup and placed in a bag labeled with your first name. Grab your bag and go! Any items without a name are available for purchase. Venmo details are available in the Bread Hut. See you soon!

This extremely versatile bread has a beautiful contrast between its crusty exterior and light, airy interior. Use this bread for sandwiches, sliced with butter or toasted with some jam in morning with your coffee. You will find any excuse to consume this bread!
Ingredients: Hard red wheat flour, water, sourdough starter and sea salt
The Harvest Grain Sourdough is bursting with added flavor, texture, and fiber from its 8 grains and seeds. This is your avocado toast, peanut butter drizzled with pure maple syrup kind of bread.
Ingredients: Hard red wheat, water, harvest grain blend (whole groats, rye flakes, wheat flakes, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flaxseed, poppy seed, and hulled millet) sourdough starter, salt.
This loaf's slight tang of sourdough, plus the brininess of olives, with a soft touch of rosemary and lemon are perfectly complementary. The strength of these flavors works well with assertive sandwich fillings such as tuna, smoked fish, or chicken salad. Which is not to say the bread isn't equally good slathered with salted butter.

The garlic is roasted in a floral organic olive oil until creamy and the parmesan cheese is prepared in two ways. The shaved parmesan gives each bite of bread that nutty cheese flavor that we all love, and the chunks give you hidden pockets of cheese that caramelize near the surface. The loaf is finished off with basil. Such an easy garlic bread to serve with any meal.

These are not your mothers cookies! Made with sourdough discard, a mixture of dark and milk chocolate chunks, then topped with flaked sea salt. 8 large cookies per order.
These buttery soft rolls will be a hit at your next meal. 8 rolls per order. Reheat instructions will be given or requested them unbaked so you can have them fresh that day!
Completely customizable! All you have to do is select which bread you would like to go with the cutting board. Additional add-ons include, whipped cinnamon honey butter and a beeswax candle. Bread, butter and candle selections are added onto base price.
